You have reached this page because the URL that you entered is no longer used at the National Empowerment Center website, or you typed in the wrong address.

The website was completely rebuilt in October/November of 2005.  In the process, many files were:

  • moved to new folders,
  • extensions were changed,
  • or the page was eliminated.

You can search the site using the search tool found in the left hand column.  A majority of the files can be found in the Articles section.  Many pages are accessed directly from the home page which is at www.power2u.org.

You can also view the Sitemap which lists every page at the site.

Low Graphics (Bobby Version) discontinued

Before rebuilding the website, we maintained a separate section of the site which was known as the "Bobby" version, or low graphics section.  Every page of the website now meets US Section 508 rules and is confirmed by use of the W3C validation tools which check the HTML and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for each page.  If you find a page or pages that does not work for you, please let us know.
